BlueScope Construction provided structural engineering, material supply, and steel erection for the building shell. BSC designed a hybrid building utilizing pre-engineered components and conventional elements to provide the most cost-competitive solution. The facility exterior features both concrete panels and a metal wall system. The metal wall system and standing seam roof system were manufactured by BlueScope Buildings, the parent company of BlueScope Construction.
